Our administrative team has over 30 years of combined experience serving individuals with disabilities and integrating them into the world around them. We stay current on the evolving environment, state policies and regulations. The excellent service we provide is represented by numerous “above satisfactory” marks on state licensing activities and regional inspections. Thus, a high quality of care is represented in our work

About The Owner

Njeri Skeete Watson is passionate about connecting individuals with disabilities with support that lights up their eyes and services that warm the hearts of their loved ones. She has over a decade of experience in healthcare and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Her experience includes working as a regional manager overseeing multiple homes for individuals with disabilities as well as managing a Homecare Agency. She also has experience working hands-on as a home health provider. This journey gives her a well-rounded view of the attentiveness required for her clients and the desire to care for them with excellence.
